SHIPPING

We aim to have orders dispatched within 48 working hours with the additional transit times outlined below depending on location / service. Please allow up to 72 working hours for engraved items.

United Kingdom

Tracked Express (1-2 working days) - £2.95 or free for orders £100 and over.

Tracked Standard (2-5 working days) - Included free on all orders excluding UV Keyring Torch purchased separately. 

Europe

Tracked (5-8 working Days) - £10 or free for orders over €100.

Rest of World

Tracked International (8-12 working days) - £15 or free for orders over $150.

FAULTY ITEMS

If something isn't right, please get in touch. We stand behind the quality of every LU&ME piece. If your jewellery develops a genuine manufacturing fault, we'll make it right by repairing, replacing or refunding it, depending on the circumstances.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we'll also cover reasonable return postage costs.

RETURNS

If for any reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days of you receiving your item/s.

You'll be able to arrange a return within your account, or via our contact form to start the process with one of our team members. LU&ME does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange.

Once received back, we aim to process all returned orders within 10 working days.

Shipping costs and related charges are non-refundable, nor are returns accepted on engraved items.
